  • Can I order by Phone?

    You can call us at 1-800-404-0348 to place your order over the phone. All prices are quoted per sqft if it mentioned otherwise.


  • Can I order sample?

    You can order samples from website just ordering quantity 1 on every product page. Sample shipping is FREE.


  • Do you have a showroom where I can visit and see your products?

    Yes, we do have a showroom, you can visit us Monday to Friday, between 8.00 am to 6.00 pm.


  • Do I need to order extra for waste?

    We recommend ordering a 5-10% overage depending on how much cutting you will be making on the tile.


  • Return Policy

    If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return the materials to us within 15 days of delivery or 30 days of invoice, whichever is later (the “Return Period”). Please contact us via email to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please note that, sample orders and special orders are non-returnable and non refundable.

    We do not accept any returns after the end of the Return Period and do not accept any claims once the products have been installed. As such, please inspect the contents of your order carefully upon receipt. All returned materials will be subject to a 25% re-stocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund. Shipping costs are not refundable and all return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility. Please carefully package all materials in the original packaging for return. You will receive your refund, in the original method of payment, within a week of our receipt of the return and verification of the condition of the products.

    Please note that any damage not reported within three (3) days of delivery of the order will not be refunded.


  • How long does it take to get my order??

    We normally ship out in 1-3 business days.

    UPS ground times are: 1-3 business days East Coast 3-4 business days Central 4-5 business days West Coast

    *Larger orders will ship with R&L Freight or best suited carrier to insure safe delivery. They will call the number you provided in your order 24 hours prior to delivery to schedule a delivery appointment with you. Please make sure you provide a number you can be reached at easily with your order.


  • What type of grout should I use for my installation?

    For the stone tiles you will need to use a sanded grout. We recommend Custom Building Products, which you can find at most retail tile stores.
